The Role

We’re seeking a Speech Pathologist (new graduate or experienced) to join our mobile team across Western Sydney, Inner West, and the Hills District. You will provide assessments and therapy in natural settings, with the freedom to choose the hours and days that best suit you. This role is a contract position (ABN required).

What We Need

• A recognised Speech Pathology degree and current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.

• Willingness to obtain an ABN, professional indemnity insurance, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and a police check (we provide guidance on all setup).

• A commitment to providing quality care with a child and family-centred approach.

• The ability to manage your schedule and work independently while valuing team support.

What Your Week Could Look Like

• 4–5 clients per day, clustered geographically to minimise travel time.

• Providing therapy and assessments in homes, schools, and early learning centres within your chosen areas.

• Completing all admin, report writing, and documentation remotely.

• Engaging in regular supervision and mentoring (more frequent for new graduates).
