International Forwarder / Fleet Dispatcher

Your responsibilities

• Planning and organizing the work of own vehicle fleet on international routes.
• Monitoring the execution of transport orders and ongoing contact with drivers and contractors.
• Searching for and negotiating terms of cooperation with carriers and clients.
• Preparing and verifying transport documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Solving ongoing operational problems and responding to emergency situations during transport execution.

Our requirements

• Experience in international forwarding, transport, or fleet planning.
• Ability to organize transport and plan vehicle operations.
• Experience in contact with drivers, clients, and carriers.
• Knowledge of transport exchanges Trans.eu and/or Timocom.
• Communicative knowledge of the English language.
• Good work organization, independence, and ability to work under time pressure.
