Export Logistics Specialist (m/w/d)

The Triathlon Batterien GmbH is the central production unit of the Triathlon Group, a company of the Sunlight Group and a leading global provider of industrial batteries. At our locations in Glauchau and Saalburg-Ebersdorf with a total of around 30,000 square meters of production area, we produce modern drive batteries for industrial applications, particularly forklift trucks like pallet stackers. In addition to reliable lead-acid batteries, we also manufacture high-performance batteries based on modern lithium-ion technology. Your tasks with us

• You manage our international export processes – efficiently, securely, and reliably
• You create and edit export accompanying documents (ABD) and ensure a smooth customs clearance
• You handle all customs-related procedures independently through the electronic customs system ATLAS
• You take over the export processing within Germany and abroad (Australia and USA)
• You keep an eye on delivery dates and ensure that our shipments reach their destination on time

Requirements

• A completed education in the field of logistics or dispatching
• Professional experience in export, preferably with ATLAS
• Safe handling of customs documents and export accompanying documents
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking (C1 level)
• A driver's license class B is advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP4 HANA is advantageous but not a must
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented working style
