Specialist in the Corporate Department

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining registers of company bodies' resolutions and distributing resolutions of Management Boards and orders of Management Board Members
• Preparing summaries, reports, and maintaining registers of internal regulations
• Verifying applications addressed to the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and General Meeting
• Preparing draft resolutions, corporate documentation, and reports/statements for company bodies
• Organizing and participating in Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings, including administrative support and minute-taking
• Handling correspondence with Supervisory Board Members
• Cooperating with the legal department regarding the opinion on documentation submitted to the Supervisory Board
• Supporting users in preparing applications for corporate approvals

Our requirements

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in law or management
• Professional experience in the corporate area, supporting company bodies, min. 2 years
• Knowledge of legal fundamentals and processes related to supporting commercial companies' bodies
• Ability to prepare corporate documentation and minutes.
• Fluent in MS Office
• Communicativeness and ability to work with formal-legal documents
• Very good work organization, accuracy, and timeliness
