Automation Test Specialist

Scope of duties: Creation, development, and maintenance of automated and performance tests; Design, development, and maintenance of test cases and test documentation; Participation in the development and improvement of test frameworks and tools supporting test automation; Execution and support of manual tests, as well as analysis of results and bug reporting; Verification of software quality and compliance with business requirements, documentation, and system architecture; Cooperation with project teams in the software development process (Scrum/Agile); Identification of quality risks and recommendation of actions to improve the testing process; Participation in the development of test plans and improvement of testing processes and standards; Support for implementing best practices in automation, Continuous Testing, and software quality; Sharing knowledge, supporting the development of less experienced team members, and participation in onboarding new employees. Sought-after competencies: Minimum 3 years of experience in automating web application tests; Practical knowledge of tools: Selenium, Appium, Postman/SoapUI/Thunder Client, Jira, Xray; Good knowledge of SQL and the Git version control system; Knowledge of programming/scripting languages used in test automation; Knowledge of the software development process (SDLC), test case design, and testing best practices (ISTQB); Ability to prepare test plans, test cases, and test documentation; Experience in performance testing and basic knowledge of application security; Knowledge of XML/Web Services and ability to analyze, report, and monitor bugs; Ability to develop and maintain test frameworks and optimize testing processes; Ability for analytical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork; Independence in carrying out assigned tasks and willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
