Specialist / Specialist in Warranty and Defect Removal Place of work: Wrocław We are recruiting for General Contractor specializing in industrial buildings, logistics centers, commercial and residential construction, as well as general construction seeking Candidates for the position: Specialist / Specialist in Warranty and Defect Removal Place of work : Ostrzeszów, wielkopolskie Remuneration: 7,000 – 10,000 PLN gross Your scope of responsibilities Preparing and coordinating the process of defect removal Preparation of documentation related to warranty and defect removal Coordination with suppliers and contractors Monitoring and control of the implementation of warranty and defect removal activities Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of warranty and defect removal activities Identification and reporting of defects and their causes Development of proposals for corrective actions and their implementation Control and monitoring of the implementation of corrective actions Verification of the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions Preparation of reports on the status of warranty and defect removal activities Coordination with internal departments, such as quality control, production planning, and logistics Providing support to other departments in the company, including sales, marketing, and customer service Participation in meetings and discussions related to warranty and defect removal activities Continuous learning and improvement of knowledge and skills in the field of warranty and defect removal
