Job description
- Min. 2 years of experience in ML/NLP in a production environment
- Very good knowledge of Python in the context of ML
- Production experience with fine-tuning transformer models for text classification
- PyTorch or TensorFlow at an advanced level
- Practical knowledge of MLflow
- Docker - building images and serving models as services
- Ability to work with both text and image data
- Git, code review, technical documentation, unit and integration tests
Nice to have
- Computer Vision: object detection
- Airflow and DVC
- Active learning and hard sample selection strategies
- Model optimization for inference
- Experience with content moderation, sensitive data, or a regulated environment
- Experience with RAG, guardrails, and LLM response quality evaluation
