Commercial Cooperation Specialist with Cleaning Companies

Your responsibilities

The Commercial Cooperation Specialist with Cleaning Companies is responsible for developing commercial cooperation with companies providing professional cleaning services (Building Service Contractors). The goal of the position is to build long-term relationships with business partners, increase sales of Diversey solutions, and support clients in achieving the highest standards of hygiene, operational efficiency, and sustainable development.

The person in this position will join the sales team in the Key Clients and Development Department.

Area of operation: Opole Voivodeship, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Lubusz Voivodeship, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Main duties

• Implementation of the sales strategy for the Building Service Contractors segment in the region.

• Acquisition of new clients and development of cooperation with existing partners.

• Management of relationships with key cleaning companies operating locally and regionally.

• Identification of new business opportunities and analysis of market trends.

• Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations, and concluding contracts.

• Cooperation with sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support departments to implement projects.

• Consulting on the selection of professional cleaning agents, dosing systems, cleaning machines, and digital solutions supporting hygiene management.

• Organizing product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients.

• Monitoring sales results, profitability, and achievement of set KPIs.

• Preparation of sales forecasts and reports for superiors.

• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

• Ensuring compliance with company policy and applicable safety and environmental regulations.

Our requirements

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in cooperation with companies providing cleaning services (Building Service Contractors) or in the professional hygiene industry.
• Documented successes in sales development and new client acquisition.
• Experience in conducting negotiations with strategic clients.
• Knowledge of the professional cleaning market and the purchasing processes of BSC clients.
• Knowledge of chemical agents, dosing systems, cleaning machines, and hygiene solutions will be an additional advantage.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and plan business activities.
• Independence, initiative, and goal orientation.
• Very good work organization and priority management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level), enabling cooperation in an international environment, will be an additional advantage.
• Category B driving license.
• Readiness for frequent business trips.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
