5–10 years of experience in Google Ads. Leading budgets of 250,000 PLN monthly. Very good knowledge of GA4, GTM, extended conversions, remarketing, and data structure. Experience in regulated or sensitive industry. Approach based on testing and scaling, instead of 'set it up, it works'. Creativity and ability to act despite restrictive Google rules.
