B2B Inquiries and Offers Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Handling inquiries from new clients (email, phone, forms, other channels), research, and preliminary inquiry selection.
• Organizing sales meetings and calendar management (scheduling, confirmations, reminders).
• Close cooperation with departments: Sales, Production, R&D, and others.
• Maintaining a history of contacts, orders, and client documentation.
• Building long-term relationships with clients.
• Market and competitor research.
• Providing feedback from clients and signals about recurring problems or market trends.

Our requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Efficiency and speed in handling a high volume of sales inquiries.
• High conscientiousness and work organization, accuracy.
• Communicativeness, assertiveness, and professionalism in written and verbal communication with clients.
• Autonomy and readiness to build processes from scratch (new area in the company).
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
• Minimum secondary education.
• English language proficiency at a communicative level (min. B1, preferably B2), Polish language proficiency at a fluent level (C2).
• Readiness for stationary work in the office in Żółwin.

Nice to have

• Experience in call center, customer service center, helpdesk, or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B customer service, preparing offers, and handling orders from inquiry to fulfillment.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Higher education (e.g., management, logistics, food technology, biotechnology).

For our Client, operating in the dietary supplements industry, we are looking for a person for the position of B2B Inquiries and Offers Specialist in Żółwin, Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

The person in this role will be responsible for professional handling of incoming inquiries, coordinating the sales process in cooperation with internal departments (including R&D and production), and co-creating service standards in a newly developing area of the organization.
