Your responsibilities

• Conducting workplace condition inspections and supervising compliance with established OHS rules and procedures.
• Developing, implementing, and verifying documents for the safety management system, internal procedures, regulations, and instructions in accordance with OHS standards.
• Developing and updating occupational risk assessments.
• Investigating the causes of workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and creating accident documentation in accordance with current regulations.
• Maintaining a register of workplace accidents.
• Preparing periodic reports and analyses on the state of safety.
• Cooperating with the production departments of the plant, external supervisory and control bodies (State Labour Inspectorate, National Health Institute, Office of Technical Inspection).
• Conducting OHS audits, talking to employees about safety.
• Conducting initial OHS training.
• Organizing and coordinating periodic OHS training.
• Participating in development projects in the OHS area.
• Matters arising from legal regulations.

Our requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an OHS service in a production environment – a mandatory condition.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice to have

• Fire Protection Inspector qualifications.
• Qualifications allowing to conduct UDT training for forklift trucks.
