B2B Sales Specialist – Zoological Industry

Ożarów Mazowiecki; Pruszków; Błonie; Grodzisk Mazowiecki;

• active acquisition of new B2B clients – by phone (pet stores, wholesalers)
• telephone and email contact with clients throughout Poland
• presentation of the food offer, including private labels
• service and development of sales within the existing client base
• achievement of sales targets, work on the B2B ordering platform
• no client visits, stationary work, after the trial period – hybrid

• experience in sales or trade – min 2 years, related to client acquisition
• ease and courage in telephone conversations with clients
• independence, good work organization, and results-oriented
• readiness for stationary work in the office and the possibility of daily commute (own car greatly facilitates it)

• fixed base salary + performance bonus + sales commission: employment contract: up to PLN 13,000 gross/month total, with a B2B contract up to PLN 15,000 gross/month total, employment form of your choice
• full onboarding into the product and client base – we don't leave anyone alone with a list of phone numbers
• work Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00, no visits or field work
• phone, laptop, and all work tools
• real influence on the development of wholesale sales and private labels
• after onboarding (min 3 months stationary), possibility of hybrid work – scope to be agreed
