Public Procurement Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Preparation and conduct of public procurement proceedings in accordance with applicable regulations and internal rules, both for cases covered by the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) and for procurements to which the law does not apply.
• Verification of submitted applications.
• Cooperation with substantive departments in preparing procurement-related documentation.
• Preparation and documentation of conducted procedures.
• Preparation of specifications of order conditions, tender conditions.
• Publication of announcements in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
• Examination and evaluation of applications/offers submitted by contractors.
• Participation in the work of Tender Commissions.
• Operation of the Institute's purchasing platform for conducting proceedings.
• Development of draft contract provisions.
• Preparation of documents and information for cooperation with auditors and controls.

Our requirements

• Higher education: preferred fields: law, economics, administration.
• Min. 2 years - experience in preparing and conducting public procurement proceedings based on applicable regulations.
• English language - communicative level.

Working conditions

• Place of work: WITU Zielonka.
• The entrance is accessed by stairs (no ramp for wheelchairs).
• The building is equipped with an access control system.
• Work will be performed in rooms of a detached building and other locations. Social facilities (dining area, toilet) are not adapted for people with disabilities.
• Workstation: at a computer equipped with a screen monitor.
• Work rooms comply with the provisions of the Regulation on General Occupational Safety and Health.
