Job description

SCOPE OF DUTIES:- Preparation of technical documentation,
- Market analysis, searching for alternative suppliers and solutions,
- Preparation of quotation requests,
- Preparation of orders and supervision of execution deadlines, delivery of materials and equipment, coordination of work from order to final settlement,
- Preparation of reports, analyses, and comparisons using Excel,
- Support for the team in current office activities,
- Cooperation with all departments in the company,
- Cooperation with cooperating external companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher engineering education,
- English language - communicative in speech and writing,
- Knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, and the Windows environment,
- A person who easily establishes contacts with people,
- A well-organized, independent, and dynamic person in action.
- Experience in a similar position,
- Experience in the media department or related to the implementation of construction investments,
- Knowledge of MES, CMMS, APS, AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS systems and software.
