Technical Specialist / Technical Specialist Place of work: Katowice Your scope of responsibilities Supervision over effective elimination of failures and malfunctions in telecommunications networks and radio networks, as well as end devices within the scope of contracts provided by the Company, including support for the failure reporting system Mantis and SmartGlS, Supervision over the implementation of maintenance and repair tasks in the scope of the Company's telecommunications infrastructure and conditions of contracts for services provided, Preparation of protocols, reports and statements related to the performance of tasks and monitoring of the effectiveness of implemented solutions, Analysis and evaluation of the causes of failures and malfunctions, Development of proposals for improving the reliability and efficiency of telecommunications networks and radio networks, Participation in the development of procedures and guidelines for the implementation of maintenance and repair tasks, Cooperation with other departments and units of the Company to ensure the effective performance of tasks and monitoring of the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
