Sales Specialist

Your responsibilities

• active acquisition of new clients and comprehensive service of existing contractors throughout Poland,
• planning, organization, and execution of sales visits in the assigned territory,
• building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients and sales partners,
• identifying client needs and providing advice on offered products and solutions,
• preparing sales offers, calculations, and conducting sales negotiations,
• achieving set sales and budget plans,
• market monitoring, competitor activities, and offering new sales development opportunities,
• participation in industry trade fairs, conferences, and other business development events,
• reporting sales results and ongoing data updates in the CRM system,
• close cooperation with production, logistics, and marketing departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.

Our requirements

• Hard skills:
• higher education,
• min. 2 years of experience in sales, customer service,
• driving license category B (mandatory condition),
• very good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office package (especially Excel),
• knowledge of Comarch system is a plus,
• knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
• Soft skills:
• willingness to travel for business,
• negotiation skills and stress resistance,
• responsibility in action,
• good self-organization of work,
• communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts, ability to work in a team,
• willingness to learn and openness to new challenges.
