MICE Sales Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Acquisition of new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients,
• Conducting commercial negotiations and preparing offers,
• Market analysis and identification of new sales opportunities,
• Creation of an action plan to promote services in cooperation with the marketing and sales department, and creation of own promotional materials,
• Ensuring timely information flow, good cooperation, and communication between departments.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the HoReCa industry,
• You can set clear priorities for actions and monitor their implementation,
• You are familiar with the standards of professional service and procedures in gastronomy and hospitality,
• Ability to build client relationships,
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques,
• Working with numbers, analysis, and drawing conclusions are your strengths,
• You can skillfully use the MS Office package.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
