Your responsibilities

• Contact with business clients in English (telephone and email)
• Preparation of commercial offers, order processing and payment control
• Order fulfillment / handover to production / delivery notification
• Analysis of client needs and consulting regarding offered products
• Issuing invoices, processing payments and balances

Our requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service, necessarily in English,
• Experience in serving the British market is welcome.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in computer use and MS Office suite
• Commitment, independence, and goal orientation
