Sales Specialist - Business Development Department Team Member

Your responsibilities

• Active acquisition of clients for the Group (customs agency, own fleet, warehouses, freight forwarding)
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Preparing commercial offers and conducting commercial negotiations
• Verifying the payment credibility of potential clients
• Ongoing monitoring of the market and industry trends
• Preparing reports on sales performance, sales forecasts, and marketing activities results
• Active participation in conferences, trade fairs, and regular client meetings

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent sales position in the TSL industry - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• Specialized industry knowledge allowing for fluent presentation of offered services
• Highly developed communication and sales skills
• Driving license category B
• Readiness for business trips
• Commitment to performed duties and effective time management skills
• Positive attitude and determination in achieving set goals
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with tenders will be an additional advantage
• Teamwork skills
