Recruitment Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Independent management of recruitment processes for skilled workers for the German, Austrian, and Dutch markets,
• Active candidate sourcing, including from the construction and technical industries,
• Telephone contact with candidates, verification of their experience, qualifications, and availability,
• Presenting current job offers to candidates and matching the appropriate position to their experience,
• Conducting recruitment interviews and candidate selection,
• Building and updating the candidate database,
• Actively searching for new sources of employee acquisition,
• Drafting and publishing job offers on job portals and social media,
• Maintaining contact with foreign contractors and providing information on ongoing recruitments,
• Cooperation with other members of the recruitment team.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of the German language enabling fluent communication at work,
• Very good communication skills,
• Ease in conducting telephone conversations and establishing contact with candidates,
• Autonomy and good work organization,
• Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously,
• Commitment and goal-oriented approach,
• Good computer skills.

• Experience in employee recruitment,
• Experience in recruiting skilled workers, especially from the construction or technical industry,
• Knowledge of the specifics of the foreign labor market,
• Knowledge of English or Dutch,
• Experience in actively sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
