Your responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis of hospital tenders and proceedings conducted by healthcare entities
• Comprehensive management of tender proceedings for pharmaceutical products – from documentation analysis to offer submission
• Preparation of offers in drug and assortment tenders
• Conducting correspondence with public procurement departments and hospital pharmacies
• Preparation of clarifications, supplements, and responses to contracting authority's requests
• Cooperation with the sales and warehouse department regarding the execution of hospital contracts
• Monitoring the results of hospital tenders and market analysis

Our requirements

• Experience in independent management of hospital tenders – a necessary condition
• Practical knowledge of the Public Procurement Law Act in the context of healthcare
• Experience working with tender documentation in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
• Practical knowledge of MS Office package
• Very good self-organization, accuracy, and responsibility

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry systems
