Tender Specialist for Electrical or Sanitary Industry (Internal Installations and External Networks)

Location: Gliwice

Your responsibilities

• Verification of design documentation,
• Gathering materials for preparing cost estimates,
• Maintaining correspondence with the client to clarify received inquiries,
• Preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and calculations,
• Preparing price offers in accordance with received technical documentation, existing technical knowledge, and client requirements,
• Preparing and distributing tender inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors,
• Contacting suppliers and subcontractors regarding cost estimates,
• Verifying the completeness and scope of received offers from suppliers and subcontractors,
• Maintaining tender documentation in accordance with company policies,
• Supporting the execution department with knowledge from the tender phase.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education in the electrical or sanitary industry,
• Professional experience, preferably in tendering/cost estimating,
• Ability to read design documentation and prepare quantity take-offs and tender inquiries,
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD,
• Autonomy and responsibility for assigned tasks.
