Customer Service Specialist

Workplace: Bukowiec (Łódź East district; Brójce municipality)

Your responsibilities

• Professional service of business clients in accordance with applicable standards
• Preparation of sales offers and documentation related to sales
• Providing clients with information regarding products and available solutions
• Coordinating order fulfillment in cooperation with other company departments
• Receiving, verifying, and entering orders into the ERP system
• Issuing documents and invoices and ensuring proper document flow
• Preparing statements related to sales and orders
• Participation in industry trade fairs and occasional business trips

Our requirements

• Experience in a position related to customer service or sales support
• Good knowledge of the English language enabling communication with foreign clients
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Accuracy, responsibility, and independence
• Good work organization and ability to set priorities
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Readiness for occasional business trips and participation in trade fairs

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing company, especially in the automotive, caravanning, or industrial sectors
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Experience in handling international orders
• Knowledge of commercial and transport documentation
• Ability to read basic technical documentation and product cards
