Predictive Modeling Specialist Location: Warsaw Your tasks: Designing modern analytical solutions using cloud tools (Microsoft Azure, Databricks), Python, SQL, PySpark, PowerBI. Working with datasets of diverse and distributed structure to discover new factors, trends, and business opportunities. Creating, testing, and implementing predictive models that drive business results. Building tools for training and evaluating models. Utilizing models for insurance risk assessment, demand forecasting, and business decision optimization. Presenting work results to individuals responsible for key business segments to find solutions best suited to market needs. Monitoring achieved results against adopted business assumptions and adjusting developed solutions to changing market conditions. Experimenting with new modeling methods and analytical techniques – your idea can be a game changer. Our expectations: Good knowledge of Python (pandas, scikit-learn, optionally PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras) for data handling and predictive model creation, supported by practical experience. Good knowledge of SQL and the ability to work independently with databases. Knowledge of modeling methods (e.g., glm, tree-based models, boosting, deep learning). Experience in MLFlow and Git is a plus. Resourcefulness in problem-solving and creativity in proposing your own solutions. Willingness to challenge existing paradigms and propose new solutions. Skills in formulating logical conclusions and presenting results in a way that is understandable to decision-makers. Openness to change, desire to learn and develop. Higher education (preferably in fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Big Data, or related).
