Purchasing Specialist / Purchasing Specialist for Italian-speaking orders

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist, whose role will be focused on creating orders, monitoring data, and supporting internal customers - we will provide comprehensive training on the scope of responsibilities and software. What tasks await you at this position?

• creating and controlling open orders
• creating/overseeing and maintaining supplier catalogs based on the demand of a given country
• contacting suppliers to create new catalogs after completing an agreement
• reporting changes
• supporting the P2P department within email box management for procurement purchases with inquiries from interested parties, processing, and resolving problems related to orders and invoices
• managing the supplier database and documentation
