We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist, whose role will be focused on creating orders, monitoring data, and supporting internal customers - we will provide comprehensive training on the scope of responsibilities and software. What tasks await you at this position?

creating and controlling open orders
creating/overseeing and maintaining supplier catalogs based on the demand of a given country
contacting suppliers to create new catalogs after completing an agreement
reporting changes
supporting the P2P department within email box management for procurement purchases with inquiries from interested parties, processing, and resolving problems related to orders and invoices
managing the supplier database and documentation
