Job description
Specialist in HR and Payroll
Place of work: WyszkówYour responsibilities
- Comprehensive handling of employee HR processes
- Comprehensive management of personal files and preparation of employment-related documentation (employment contracts, civil law contracts, annexes, work certificates, and other HR documentation)
- Maintaining and updating employee documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitoring changes in regulations (labor law, social security, temporary employment).
- Recording working time, leave, and other absences.
- Preparing data for payroll calculation
- Calculating salaries and benefits and preparing payroll lists
- Preparing registration and settlement documents for ZUS (Social Insurance Institution)
- Handling Employee Capital Plans
- Preparing annual tax settlements PIT-11
- Maintaining records and settlements of employees and contractors
- Cooperation with external institutions
- Participation in ensuring process compliance with personal data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Entering and updating data in the ENOVA system
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of labor law and HR matters
- Knowledge of the Płatnik program
- Knowledge of the ENOVA program
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Very good work organization and independence
- Responsibility, accuracy, and commitment
- Communication skills and ability to cooperate in a team
- Knowledge of procedures related to employing foreigners
