Warranty Specialist

Workplace: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Coordination of the complaint process from receiving the report to its closure,
• Supervision over the timely progress of the complaint process,
• Conducting ongoing correspondence with the Investor and Contractors,
• Cooperation with the Warranty Foreman, construction staff, and other departments of our company regarding handled complaints,
• Preparation of agreements and orders for the execution of repair works,
• Building good relationships with Clients,
• Preparation of factual and financial settlements of completed repair works,
• Maintaining and archiving documentation related to complaints,
• Reporting and analysis of the current complaint situation,
• Cooperation with other departments within the Company's organizational structure,
• Cooperation with the legal department, law firms, insurers – in preparing necessary documentation in dispute and compensation cases.

Our requirements

• 1 year of experience in construction: residential or energy-industrial; experience in warranty service/after-sales customer service is welcome,
• Secondary/higher technical education,
• English at a communicative level, both spoken and written,
• Diligence, availability, very good self-organization of work, high personal culture,
• Systematic approach to work, planning tasks and controlling the assigned budget,
• Teamwork skills,
• Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure,
• Knowledge of basic legal acts and construction standards,
• Ability to quickly analyze documents such as contracts, warranty cards,
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
