Your responsibilities

• higher education, specialized in Occupational Health and Safety (BHP) – because a foundation of knowledge is the basis of your effectiveness,
• experience in a similar position,
• knowledge of Labor Law and other regulations concerning BHP – and the ability to apply them in practice, not just in documents,
• ability to conduct training sessions that are not boring – but stay in the mind and change the way of thinking about safety,
• persuasion power that works – you can reach everyone, regardless of their position or attitude,
• firmness that commands respect and trust, not distance,
• desire to develop your competencies and have a real impact on safety culture.
• current health and epidemiological surveys.

Our requirements

• active implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening a proactive safety culture,
• conducting post-accident investigations, analyzing potentially accident-causing events and potential hazards,
• developing modern educational and promotional materials supporting internal safety campaigns,
• creating occupational risk assessments and implementing preventive solutions,
• creating and conducting engaging BHP training sessions and workshops,
• acting as an expert and advisor in the field of BHP regulations,
• conducting post-accident investigations and analyses of potentially accident-causing events and implementing corrective actions,
• supervising the compliance of documentation and processes, and representing the company before control bodies.
