Internal Audit Specialist

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Conducting internal audits in LOTTE Wedel companies and related entities
• Analyzing business processes in terms of efficiency, adequacy of internal controls, and compliance with procedures and regulations
• Identifying operational, financial, and compliance risks
• Preparing working documentation, audit reports, and presentations of audit results
• Formulating practical recommendations for process improvement and risk mitigation
• Monitoring the implementation of agreed corrective actions
• Cooperating with process owners, management, and external auditors
• Supporting advisory activities in the area of business process improvement

Our requirements

• 3 years of experience in positions related to internal control, internal audit, or compliance management
• Ability to think critically and formulate audit conclusions
• Higher education
• Knowledge of internal audit methodology, audit procedures, and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA)
• Ability to use English fluently, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Readiness for business travel: up to 20% of working time per month (category B driving license required)
• Independence, reliability, and a high level of professional ethics.
