Installation Service Specialist

Chłodnie Warszawskie Morspol S.A. is a warehouse park for the food industry, we have dry, refrigerated, and freezing warehouses intended exclusively for food storage.

Our primary task is to enable our clients to store food products requiring a diverse range of temperatures with us.

• manual operation of devices that are elements of the refrigeration system,
• monitoring device operating parameters,
• performing simple maintenance work on the premises,
• work in a two-person team,
• shift work - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week in a three-shift system (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

• we do not require refrigeration experience – we will teach you,
• this offer might be for you if you work or have worked as a mechanic, electrician, electromechanic, assembler, plumber, service technician, machine operator, maintenance technician, or facility technician and want to gain a new specialization in refrigeration,
• you will be trained internally and then directed to external training, financed by the employer, to acquire operating licenses for the devices,
• desired technical skills from any of the following areas: mechanics, hydraulics, air conditioning, machine operation and maintenance, electrical engineering, automation, production, facility operation and maintenance, etc.,
• technical education in electromechanics, mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering, etc., is desirable,
• technical education is not a mandatory condition – practical technical skills are most important.

• full-time employment contract,
• no business trips or overtime,

• very good remuneration, up to PLN 14,000 gross, after gaining qualifications and experience,
