Laboratory Specialist - Length and Angle Measurement Laboratory k/m

Your Responsibilities:

• Performing measurements in the Length and Angle Measurement Laboratory using:

  - instruments for calibrating gauge blocks,

  - roughness measurement instrument,

  - measuring microscopes,

  - vernier instruments,

  - pachymeters,

  - micrometers,

  - dial bore gauges and micrometer bore gauges,

  - dial indicators, lever-type dial indicators,

  - torque wrenches,

  - gauge blocks,

  - special and standard plug gauges, ring gauges, thread plug gauges, plain plug gauges, etc.,

• maintaining laboratory documentation – records, summaries, presentations, reports, updates, document archiving in accordance with the adopted quality system,

• quality control of mechanical components manufactured internally and by subcontractors using measuring instruments,

• quality acceptance of specialized deliveries.

Our Expectations:

• technical secondary education/technical higher education with a preferred field of study: metrology,

• experience in a position related to workshop metrology,

• ability to read technical drawings (ISO),

• very good knowledge of MS Office,

• knowledge of English at least at a communicative level, enabling the reading of technical documentation (language certificates and diplomas are welcome),

• independence, precision, meticulousness, and accuracy in work,

• ability for logical thinking and creative problem-solving,

• communication skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team,

• willingness to learn and expand one's skills.
