Road Construction Projects Specialist Place of work: Oświęcim Your scope of responsibilities includes a detailed analysis of tender documentation along with an assessment of factors affecting the valuation of the project, creating specifications, estimates and cost estimates in the road construction and sanitary network sectors, obtaining and analyzing offers from subcontractors and material suppliers, searching for alternative solutions and optimizing accepted project solutions from a cost and technological perspective, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks, developing and implementing procedures for monitoring and controlling project costs, preparing reports on project progress and financial performance, and performing other tasks related to the preparation and implementation of road construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in the road construction industry, knowledge of Polish and EU regulations regarding public procurement, and proficiency in MS Office.
