Energy Auditing and Strategy Specialist

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • Conducting services related to energy auditing / analyzing energy consumption in various types of buildings and industrial facilities;
  • Identifying areas for optimizing energy demand according to different methodologies (e.g. ŚChE, CRREM) and recommending solutions improving and models of their financing;
  • Carrying out preliminary assessments of the modernization potential of new investment topics;
  • Preparing reports on audit results and cooperating with clients to present audit results and discuss corrective actions;
  • Tight cooperation with teams of engineers, designers, and energy specialists.

Apply if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of modeling and/or energy auditing and/or preparing Net-zero Carbon strategies;
  • You have qualifications to prepare Energy Characteristics Certificates and experience in preparing energy audits for ecological credit and/or white certificates;
  • You know IES and/or Design Builder software;
  • You are very familiar with MS Excel (creating advanced spreadsheets for engineering and financial calculations LCC/NPV);
  • You have a passion for energy efficiency – you understand the market and want to have a real impact on the environment;
  • You are an independent person: you can conduct a technical inventory of an object without supervision, identify installations, collect data, and prepare a comprehensive report;
  • You have higher technical education - preferred fields: Environmental Engineering, Energy, Construction (building physics) or related;
