System and Business Analysis Specialist

We are looking for a person who will join a project in the healthcare sector and will be responsible for analyzing processes, business needs, and system requirements. An important element of the role will be translating business needs into specific requirements for IT teams and modeling processes and solutions. This is a good role for someone who moves freely between business and technology and has experience working as an analyst in an agile environment. What do we offer? Your responsibilities Analyzing and modeling business processes and processes executed by IT systems. Acquiring needs and requirements from stakeholders and translating them into system requirements. Creating and developing requirement specifications using UML and BPMN. Modeling processes, data, and solutions in CASE tools, including Enterprise Architect. Preparing requirements in the form of user stories and collaborating with development teams on their refinement. Analyzing dependencies between business requirements, systems, and solution architecture. Collaborating with Agile teams in planning and executing system work. Supporting project teams in translating business needs into implementable solutions. Working on systems processing medical data, considering the specifics of individual data and healthcare-related processes. Required skills You have at least 3 years of experience in business and system analysis, especially in process modeling and defining requirements for IT systems. You are fluent in UML and BPMN and can use these notations to describe processes and designed solutions. You have practical experience working with Enterprise Architect. You can acquire, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system requirements. You have experience working with user stories in agile projects. You know the basics of IT architecture, system design, and software engineering – enough to collaborate freely with technical teams. You know SQL and can use it in analytical work. You have experience in projects related to healthcare, medicine, or pharmaceuticals, especially those where systems process individual medical data. You have experience working in scaled Agile methodologies, e.g., SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, or similar, in an environment involving several collaborating teams. You have a higher education degree. Nice to have Experience with projects using medical data exchange standards, such as HL7 CDA or FHIR. Experience working on large IT systems in the healthcare sector.
