Workplace: Poultry Meat Plant in Ujazdówek DUTIES • Implementation of the production plan change based on the department's plan. • Supervision, organization, and control of the production process. • Effective management of the subordinate team of employees. • Responsibility for the continuity and timeliness of production within the production change, cost optimization. • Initiating and implementing improvements in the production process, with special attention to efficiency and timeliness of task realization. • Optimization and continuous improvement of production processes. • Ensuring high-quality products. • Care for the effective use of human, technical, and material resources. • Care and responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. WE EXPECT • Higher education, preferably: production engineering, food technology, commodity science - this is not a necessary condition. • Readiness to take up work in a shift system - work in a balanced system of working hours (4 x a week, 10 hours a day - day and night shifts). • Availability. • Ability to solve problems and good organization of work. • Engagement in the work performed. • Accuracy. • Resistance to stress (ability to work in stressful situations). • Mileage appreciated. • Knowledge of English, German, will be an additional asset.
