For our client, a company that deals with the installation and servicing of packaging and sorting lines, we are looking for someone to join the team in the position of: Sales Support and Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities

• preparing price offers for spare parts, service activities, and service-related products for clients;
• accepting and coordinating order fulfillment and informing clients about their status on an ongoing basis;
• cooperation with suppliers: inquiries about prices, availability, and deadlines, placing orders, monitoring deliveries;
• cooperation with other departments regarding part availability and execution deadlines;
• active sales of spare parts and services to the existing customer base.

Our requirements

• secondary education at a minimum;
• at least one year of experience in a position with a similar scope of duties;
• experience in B2B sales (short sales cycles) of various products/services;
• knowledge of the sales process, sales techniques, and principles of creating commercial offers;
• knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level – it will be used in daily work;
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
