Contractual Conditions / Claims Specialist M/F

Your responsibilities

• monitoring the construction process for compliance with contract terms, particularly regarding formal obligations (deadlines for contractual submissions/letters) and the possibility of making financial and/or time-related claims;

• processing and verifying key formal correspondence with the Ordering Party/Engineer/Subcontractors;

• gathering and analyzing claim data and documents;

• monitoring and registering claim correspondence and correspondence related to subcontracts;

• participation in the preparation of subcontracts, monitoring the process of agreeing and approving subcontracts;

• ongoing consultations for site managers and engineers regarding contractual requirements.

Our requirements

• higher education in technical, economic, or legal fields;

• experience in positions as a contract administrator/claims specialist (railway, roads);

• ability to analyze contractual risks and forecast potential conflict situations;

• good knowledge of various forms of construction contracts, construction law, civil law, public procurement law;

• ability for analytical thinking, problem identification, and resolution of potential disputes;

• communication skills;

• good work organization;

• independence, initiative, and responsibility for the assigned scope of tasks.
