ERP Systems Specialist

• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning and utilization,

• Relevant education (preferred: IT, logistics, management and production engineering),

• Knowledge of enterprise planning, logistics, and warehouse management,

• Ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving,

• Understanding of basic system integration (e.g., API, file exchange, inter-system communication)

• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and data-related concepts,

• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience in optimization/implementation projects of ERP systems and WMS, MES supporting systems,

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Comarch, etc.)

• Knowledge of reporting tools (BI), Power Query, and data analysis

• Maintenance and development of the ERP system, particularly modules related to warehouse management, production planning, logistics,

• Support for business processes in close cooperation with users to analyze needs and implement new functionalities,

• Cooperation with production, planning, quality, and logistics departments to optimize processes within the system,

• Participation in implementation projects, close cooperation with project leaders and technical teams,

• Support in testing and activities related to system launch (go-live),

• Support for the stabilization process after system launch (post go-live),

• Creation of process documentation and user manuals,

• Acting as a key user after the implementation phase,

• Creation of datasets and data models related to implemented processes.
