Legal Services Sales Specialist (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Your task is to establish cooperation with Clients from the database prepared by our team of Consultants. No cold calling – you only contact people who want to talk to us.
• Building client relationships – you ensure long-term cooperation based on trust.
• Presenting cooperation terms and negotiating actions – you present proposals and negotiate terms of operation with the Law Firm.
• Coordinating cooperation with acquired Clients – you support the Customer Service department at every stage and ensure efficient communication.
• Regularly reporting work results – you complete reports and recommendations supporting sales.
• ⚡ Problem-solving at every stage of cooperation – you act quickly and effectively in situations requiring intervention.

Our requirements

• Sales effectiveness without legal knowledge – you know how to sell, and we'll teach you the rest.
• Communication skills and ability to build relationships – you easily establish and maintain valuable contacts with Clients.
• Results orientation and effectiveness – you strive to achieve set sales goals.
• Independence, responsibility, and commitment – you can effectively plan and execute your tasks.
• Stress resilience and working under pressure – you know how to cope in difficult situations.
• Experience in direct sales, D2D, or Call Center.

• Experience in selling premium services or products, especially in the financial or insurance sector.
• ⚖️ Experience working with legal products or in the legal services industry – client contact and offer presentation.

Work time distribution

• 80% Sales
• 20% Customer Service
