Telephone Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

We are looking for someone to join the Sales Development team who will actively call clients, establish contact, and schedule business meetings for our sales team.

We will introduce you to the world of finance, reliefs, and subsidies, and help you develop in B2B sales!

What exactly will you be doing?

Calling business clients and scheduling business meetings

We provide you with a database, and your task will be to call and arrange a meeting for the client with our Sales Representative. We have a large database, so there are plenty of people to call – and each successfully arranged meeting can translate into your bonus.

Learning about the world of finance

The calls require brief preparation, so with us, you will learn how to read basic information about companies and understand their business situation. We work with research and development reliefs, which bring companies real savings and more funds for further investments.

Working in a CRM

You will update information after calls, follow up, and maintain the client database on an ongoing basis.

Our requirements

✅ You have initial experience working with a phone (min. one year) where you were the one calling the client – call center, sales, debt collection – the industry doesn't matter, what matters is that you take action!

✅ You have the courage and openness to call and speak with people in company management.

✅ You want to develop in sales.

✅ You like having goals, bonuses, and want to see the results of your work.

✅ You are a student or graduate – the field of study doesn't matter if you are an experienced person.
