Job Title: Sales and Graphics Specialist

Location: Katowice or remote

A small, dynamically developing cosmetics company is looking for someone to support our team. We create luxurious natural cosmetics, produced in Poland and sold worldwide.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

• Conducting correspondence with clients (mainly via email)

• Order processing and sales support

• Promoting the brand online

• Creating graphic materials (posts, banners, brochures, promotional materials)

• Preparing commercial offers and responding to customer inquiries

• Collaborating with the team on ongoing sales and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of graphic programs: Photoshop, Corel Draw, Canva (at an advanced level)

• Communicativeness and ability to build relationships with clients

• Independence, creativity, and good work organization

• Ability to write clear and understandable messages

• English language skills at a level allowing for free communication (both written and oral)
