Minimum 3-year experience in designing, configuring, and programming processes on the WebCon platform (Designer Studio). Proficiency in T-SQL – a necessary condition for building and modifying business logic. Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is also required. The ability to work with databases, including data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization, is essential. Experience with workflow management systems, such as WebCon, is highly valued. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus. Good communication skills in Polish are necessary for effective collaboration with the team.
