Recruitment Specialist

• Recruitment of positions from various business areas of the Polsat Plus Group.
• Effective candidate sourcing using various sources and channels;
• Full responsibility for conducted recruitments: from announcement to offer;
• Cooperation with HR Business Partners and Personnel Specialists;
• Professional support for managers in hiring employees for Teams;
• Ensuring high-quality recruitment processes and building positive candidate experiences;

• Experience in conducting recruitments gained on the side of an agency or internal HR department;
• Able to build partner relationships with internal clients commissioning recruitment process;
• Practice in searching employees for positions from various business areas;
• Experience in conducting recruitment meetings (online and/or offline);
• High personal efficiency in managing recruitment processes;
• Elasticity in action, initiative in seeking solutions;
• Oriented towards cooperation and willingness to acquire new skills.
