Reporting Specialist (m/f)

Your job responsibilities

• Preparing reports and performance summaries (sales data regarding all sales channels),
• Creating analyses allowing to monitor the effectiveness of sales activities,
• Monitoring the execution of volume, value, cost, and revenue plans (deviations from plans/budgets),
• Making recommendations for improving and optimizing sales efficiency,
• Collaboration with teams and supporting departments in providing data and monitoring results,
• Participation in creating and preparing P&L statements,
• Controlling company expenses and revenues.

Our expectations

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of reporting/finance/sales,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel),
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions,
• Communicativeness, willingness to cooperate.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with SQL, Tableau, and working with databases or is willing to learn.
