Accounting Specialist - SENIOR Level

Workplace: Radom

Your responsibilities

• entering documents and verifying them
• contacting clients to clarify documentation (whether everything is in order, if an invoice is issued incorrectly, if a tax identification number is missing on an invoice, etc.)
• assisting with official audits (mainly gathering documentation), annual settlements, and financial statements
• closing months by completing documentation and verifying balances
• cooperating with the HR department regarding employee and ZUS matters
• cooperating with auditors (companies with a higher level of complexity are subject to financial statement audits)
• What is NOT included in the responsibilities:
• personnel and payroll (we have a separate HR department)
• preparing clients' annual tax returns and financial statements (but why not, in time)

Our requirements

• knowledge of the Accounting Act regulations and the ability to bookkeep using full accounting records with a complete cost cycle (mandatory requirement)
• ability to bookkeep using the PKPiR (optional, but a plus)
• knowledge of tax regulations
• experience in a similar position in an accounting office
• knowledge of the specifics of manufacturing, trading, construction companies, and Estonian CIT
• preferred: knowledge of the RAKS SQL program
• preferred: completion of at least the 2nd level of SKWP
• ability to manage accounting for large (and complex) companies with a significant volume of documents
• ability to verify the correctness of accounting records and identify and correct errors

About us

Accounting office located in Radom is looking for an individual for the position of Accounting Specialist - SENIOR Level.

ATTENTION: This offer is intended for individuals who know how to bookkeep using full accounting records with a complete cost cycle (4 and 5). Managing PKPiR and flat-rate tax is only an additional advantage.

Due to the office's growth, we are looking for someone cool, resourceful, thoughtful, and willing to learn to join our young, cohesive, and already quite large team.

The employee's task will largely be to provide the chief accountant with booked and verified sets of documents. An employee in this position should handle up to 1200 documents per month for companies of medium to high complexity.
