Tax Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Support the team in preparing JPK_VAT files.
• Providing tax opinions on contracts and transactions.
• Tax advisory for the accounting department and other internal teams.
• Participation in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and conducting analyses of intra-group transactions.
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of control procedures and internal instructions in the tax area.
• Preparing data for INTRASTAT declarations.
• Participation in tax audits and verification activities.
• Monitoring changes in tax regulations and their implementation within the organization.

Our requirements

• Higher education: preferred fields include law, accounting, finance, tax advisory, or related.
• Professional experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience in the tax area (experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus).
• Knowledge of tax regulations: practical knowledge and experience in applying tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT, MDR, and local taxes).
• Analytical skills: ability to interpret tax regulations and their practical application within the organization.
• Foreign language proficiency: fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite.
