HR Specialist M/F

Your responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Comprehensive management of recruitment processes (end-to-end for BC and WC employees), ensuring excellent Candidate Experience, and coordinating onboarding and adaptation plans.

• Learning & Development: Participation in the creation and implementation of training plans, supporting employee competency development, and continuously improving the quality of implementation processes.

• Employment Planning: Analysis of staffing needs and close cooperation with managers to ensure timely execution of recruitment plans.

• Cooperation with Employment Agencies: Supervision of temporary staff requirements and verification of the quality and effectiveness of agency services.

• Analyses & Reporting: Monitoring key HR indicators (recruitment, turnover), creating reports, and recommending improvements and business actions.

• Employer Branding: Creating and publishing job advertisements (portals, social media), participating in industry events, and building a positive employer image.

Our requirements

• Experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Experience in organizing and coordinating the onboarding of new employees.

• Experience in conducting Employer Branding activities.

• Knowledge of labor law

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

• Autonomy, very good work organization, and the ability to set priorities.

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

• Higher education.

• Driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Experience in cooperating with Temporary Employment Agencies.

• Knowledge of regulations concerning the employment of foreigners and the legalization of stay and work in Poland.

• Experience in the logistics, production, or warehouse industry.

• Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
