Welding Process Optimization Specialist
Job description
Welding Process Optimization Specialist Place of work: Inowrocław Your scope of responsibilities Analysis and optimization of cutting and welding processes (MIG/MAG, laser welding) in order to improve quality, efficiency and reduce costs; Implementation and refinement of technological standards and welding instructions; Selection of welding parameters, materials and technologies depending on the product – cooperation with the Production Preparation department; Identification and solving of process problems as well as non-conformities; Development of proposals for improving the welding process; Participation in the development of new products and processes; Cooperation with other departments to ensure the implementation of the optimized welding process; Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented solutions; Reporting on the results achieved and proposing improvements.
