Job description
Specialist for Tendering and Production Preparation – Construction Industry (m/f/d)
Workplace: BydgoszczYour responsibilities
- Work on production preparation for contracts carried out by the company,
- Analysis of design documentation and technical specifications,
- Analysis of SIWZ (Terms of Reference and Specifications for Tendering) and other tender or contract documents,
- Preparation of acceptance documentation and other circulating documents necessary during the execution of construction works,
- Creating measurements, collecting offers, participating in meetings with subcontractors,
- Creating schedules for material and equipment deliveries to the construction site and further verification of their timeliness, quantity, and quality,
- Managing the settlement of quantities of works performed by the Work Contracts,
- Cooperation in preparing offers for External Client – acquiring orders from the market, involving quantifying the scope of work and collecting offers from subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers,
- Ability to create orders, edit contracts and assignments,
- Electronic archiving of documents and documentation,
- Creating a drawing concept in the AutoCAD environment,
- Entering data into a spreadsheet.
Our requirements
- Higher technical, engineering education,
- Min. 1 year of experience in a similar position,
- Computer operation, MS Office suite,
- Ability to quickly solve problems and very good work organization,
- Responsibility, commitment, availability,
- Knowledge of the AutoCAD environment.
