SCOPE OF DUTIES:

  • Receiving, verifying, and processing customer orders.
  • Entering orders into the system and monitoring their execution.
  • Contacting customers and suppliers by phone and email.
  • Cooperating with the sales department, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Monitoring delivery timeliness and informing customers about order status.
  • Resolving ongoing issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Preparing commercial documentation and reports.
  • Ensuring high quality of customer service in accordance with company standards.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education preferred, majors: logistics, administration, economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems or order management software will be an asset.
  • Ability to organize one's own work and set priorities.
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication skills and ability to cooperate with clients and other company departments.
  • Knowledge of commercial documentation (orders, invoices, warehouse documents).
  • Knowledge of building materials and interior design assortment is welcome.
  • Independence and good work organization.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • High personal culture and professional approach to the client.
  • Commitment, reliability, and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
